This course is a combination of the Registered Scrum Master (RSM) and Registered Product Owner (RPO) trainings. It was developed by the co-creator of Scrum, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. In this course, we’ll share his insights and strategies from decades of success launching high-performing Scrum teams in businesses around the globe.

This course goes beyond the basics of Scrum and the Scrum Master role. This three-day course is dynamic and highly interactive. Class participants will start by organizing into Scrum team. You’ll take part in a variety of games and exercises, that will allow you to experience the roles of a Scrum Master and a Product Owner first-hand. With the help of your instructors, you and your team will create a product backlog, prioritize it, and manage a burndown chart.

Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to be eligible for the exam and related certification.

This training is taught by two dynamic and experienced training professionals who have used Scrum successfully in their professional life as well as many other Lean-Agile principles and practices.

This training is specific to the Swiss market (we speak German and French in addition to English).

You get the answer to each of your questions and issues no matter what. If we cannot get the answer for you during the training session, we promise to answer you within a week-period once the session is finished. You will also be able to send additional questions to the trainers at no cost within a 30-day time period after the training.

What is Scrum@Scale?

Scrum, as originally outlined in the Scrum Guide, is a framework for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products by a single team. Since its inception, its usage has extended to the creation of products, processes, services, and systems that require the efforts of multiple teams. Scrum@Scale was created to efficiently coordinate this new ecosystem of teams. It achieves this goal through setting up a “minimum viable bureaucracy” via a “scale-free” architecture.

Are there any prerequisites to attend a Scrum@Scale course?

There are no pre-requisite although it is highly recommended to have attended at least one Scrum course e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner prior the Scrum@scale training.

What are the prerequisites for the Scrum@Scale exam?

The pre requisites for the Scrum@Scale exam is to have attended the corresponding Scrum@Scale course.

How does the Scrum@Scale exam work?

The Scrum@Scale exam comprises of 30 questions based on the Scrum@Scale guide and other elements seen through the course. There is no time limit for the Scrum@scale exam.

How long is the Scrum@Scale certificate valid?

The Scrum@Scale certificate expire after one year. Renewal is done on a yearly basis for a small fee and short exam.

How do I get my Scrum@Scale digital badge?

Just after the exam, you should receive you digital certificate in PDF format and instructions on how to display your digital Scrum@Scale certificate on platforms like LinkedIn and Credly.
