This is a great Course, that is easy to understand and digest. Alex (the trainer) does a great job at explaining all the various concepts making them clear and generally concise. There is plenty of content, as well as practice tests to be able to test your abilities, and the information is relevant and up to date. The 1.5 hour Consultation is fantastic, and is definitely the highlight of the course; Alex can assist you with any questions, queries or general information that you may need for your test.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this course to anyone else who is wanting to pass their ITIL 4 Foundation Test.
