Step 1 – The Need

To be able to create the best possible experience for you, we organize some calls / meetings to gather information about your specific pain points, use cases and situations you encounter in your daily business.

We keep a focus on your wishes, to get a better picture of what is valuable to you.

Step 2 – The Knowledge

We believe that the learning is most effective if people can relate the theory to their daily lives and situations they encounter. So, once we know what is important to you, we incorporate it into our officially accredited training courses. We make sure to use examples that are relevant to your context and to take your use cases and build them into our exercises and games.

In the 30 days following the course, you can reach us for questions and clarifications, and on top of that, we organize a 1,5 hour long exam preparation call, where we discuss the most important topics to ensure the highest possible passing rate for the official exam.

Step 3 – The Value

We also understand that theory is good, but practice is better, and that a course alone is not necessarily enough to apply the theory of the frameworks in real life.

This why we also offer to coach your teams in the Agile ways of Scrum, SAFe and the modern Service Management described in ITIL 4. We can take on specific roles, like being a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Process Owner, or we can shadow your teams helping them to apply what they have learnt during the courses.
